와요 (wa-yo) is the polite present tense form of the verb “오다” (to come). It can mean “I come,” “you come,” “he/she comes,” or “they come,” depending on the situation, as Korean typically leaves out the subject when it’s obvious.
오다 Conjugation in Polite Present Tense:
Verb → 오다 (o-da)
Verb Stem → 오 (o)
Last Vowel → 오 (o)
Verb Ending Used → 아요 (a-yo)
Polite Present Tense → 오 + 아요 = 오아요 which changes to 와요 (wa-yo) for easier pronunciation.

아요: Used if the last vowel in the verb stem is ㅏ or ㅗ.
어요: Used if the last vowel in the verb stem is anything other than ㅏ or ㅗ.
여요: Used only for 하다 verbs.
